Alison Doody

Alison Doody, born in Dublin 1966 to a wealthy family. She is the third child in the family. While in a convent, she discovered a love for art. After that, she studied at the National College of Fine Arts of Dublin however, she left because there was a lack of motivation. She thought that she'd have a rest in order to regain familiar with the area. As she sat in a cafe with her buddies She was contacted by a photographer who was asking her if she'd want to do a modeling. In the hopes that she would make some pocket money from the business, she decided to accept. Soon after, she realized that modeling was both exciting and lucrative. Modeling contracts lead to commercials and she was able to travel the globe. When she saw her acting talent it was suggested to try modeling. The director sent her to London at age 19, and was quickly selected for an audition for the new James Bond film, A View to a Kill (1985). Acting was her passion which led her to go after a career as an actor. Following her debut film and a short film, she filmed a couple of TV shows in London as well as in Dublin however her biggest break came when she got in the role of Aryan Seductress Dr. Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989).
